Note that in addition to entering support levels for every proposed recommendation the survey also asks for your top 5 of the 36 draft recommendations. We have identified our top 12 list as guidance as you complete the survey.

After the Task Force’s meeting on November 6 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Washington State Fair Events Center (110 9th Ave. SW, Puyallup), the final Year 1 report and recommendations will be finalized on November 16, 2018. The implementation of many of the recommendations will require state legislation. Contact your State Senator and Representatives to let them know about your support for SRKW recovery actions. Click here to find your WA State legislature.

To learn more about the comment opportunity and how your comments can be most beneficial to the SRKWs, come to our commenting workshop TONIGHT (Thu., October 25 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.) at the Friends office (650 Mullis Street, Suite 201, Friday Harbor).

We live in such a pivotal time. Future generations are depending on us to protect and restore what will be their environment. We support the Friends because they tackle the issues that really make a big difference in our local environment, while also squeezing maximum value out of every dollar in their budget.
